Prebble Cup:

On Sunday the Prebble Cup team of Mark Grocott, Malcolm Jacobs, Ray Foster, Andrew Galbraith, Josh Balloch, Haki Walker, Davy Schrijvers and Trevor Bell had a 9.5 to 2.5 win over our near neighbours Pirongia Golf Club at the Walton Golf Club to progress to the semifinal against Te Awamutu Golf Club on October 2.

Ladies scramble on Monday was won by Margaret Johnstone with 32, Barbara Hill next on 31. The nine-hole scramble was won by Lynne Fraser with 18, Natalie Eyeington next on 15. Pirongia
