Tune in to country music

-

Te Awamutu Country Variety Club is pleased to welcome Claude Poulson back to Te Awamutu Bible Chapel on Saturday.

Claude was last in Te Awamutu two years ago and became an instant hit with the audience. His singing was so captivating that after the very first song the audience was spellbound and loved every song.

Claude comes from Matakana North of Auckland where the most important people live, for example, his partner Lois, his four children and five grandchildren.

For most of his life he resided in Manawatū and Horowhenua farming, and for the most part as a social worker and counsellor.

“My singing was encouraged by my family and friends along with the Country Music clubs, competitions and festivals which has culminated in recent times with the release of a CD,” says Claude.

Don't miss out on this great artist and atmosphere. Bring your whānau and come along to enjoy some country music. There are door prizes for the Christmas Club day, with great raffles and afternoon tea.
