Nippers take to water with new lifejackets

Pukehina Surf Rescue Club’s nippers can now take to the water with 20 new lifejackets and boogie boards thanks to a generous donation from the Te Puke Kiwicoast Lions Club.
Recently some of the Lions members met with the young water loving enthusiasts who posed with the lifejackets and boards.
Lifeguard co-ordinator Boyd Harris was on hand to talk the members through the club’s activities and outline the progress it was making in raising funds for the new clubhouse.
