The land has an excellent water supply as both titles have consented access to the adjacent stream. The property will be sold plus GST (if any). “The strategically-located block represents a fantastic opportunity to invest in the lucrative Zespri Gold organic category, and a new owner could use the cash flow from the existing block to further develop the balance of the property,” Steve adds.
