Cannabis firm’s shares plummet

-

AUSTRALIAN medical cannabis company PhytoTech Medical’s share price has continued to plunge after its founder and chief executive Ross Smith resigned on Monday.

The company’s shares dropped 6.5 cents, or 15.5 per cent, to 35.5 cents, after falling nearly 12 per cent on Monday.

Smith has reportedly threatened critics on stock market internet rum HotCopper.

The discussion thread involved physical threats by Smith, who said he had tracked down a critic’s Perth address and would pay a visit with his bodyguards.

The post has since been removed from HotCopper and his Facebook page.
