Dick Frizzell has designed a piece of artwork exclusive to Haier, which has been applied to 10 Haier Multi Door Fridge HMD440X models nicknamed the ‘Freezzell Fridges’. Cooking 4 Change, along with Haier, have three Freezzell Fridges remaining to give away to New Zealand community groups or charities which may be in need of a new fridge or where it could greatly benefit their work and help the service they provide to local communities. After receiving more than 250 nominations, Community Kete in Porirua and the Kapiti Women’s Centre have been shortlisted as Freezzell 4 Your Community finalists, along with charities in Christchurch, Ruakaka and Tauranga. Public voting is open now at haier.co.nz. Participants can vote once every day per email address until voting closes on Sunday. Winners will be announced the following weekend.
