RESEARCHER – NATIONAL SURVEYS

Quantitative and qualitative research High-profile national population survey Sport New Zealand works with partners across the sector to ensure we have more kids playing and enjoying sport and active recreation, more adults participating, and more Kiwis winning on the world stage. The Researcher will work alongside the Senior Researcher National Participation Surveys, taking responsibility for research activities within the Intelligence team and Community Sport unit. To be successful, you will have proven quantitative and qualitative research experience at an advanced level, from design to delivery. You will also have experience of running large-scale and/or national population surveys and must be skilled at using Excel, SPSS or other statistics packages. An ability to translate data into useful insights is essential, as well as sound critical thinking and the ability to engage with a variety of stakeholders.
