Ko struggles again

-

Lydia Ko’s slumping season went from bad to worse on the opening day of the women’s British Open. The Kiwi golfing superstar shot a four-over-par 76 in the first round at Milton Keynes to be 11 shots off the lead held by South African Ashleigh Buhai after 18 holes. Ko had three bogeys, a double-bogey and one birdie in her round to be tied for 119th at the final Major of the season on the LPGA Tour. Last week, Ko missed the cut at another Major, the Evian Championship in France.
