The property, at 7 Beach Haven Pl, had a rateable value of $570,000 and sold for $715,000.

Liz Ryniker, of First National Guardian, Greytown, says the immaculate 85sqm, two-bedroom dwelling had been relocated to its 658sqm site in the 1950s.
