A more worthwhile cause

While no-one wants to die, and we try to put the inevitable off as long as we possibly can, things get in the way and may cause life for some to be shortened.

This is not because people are bad or deserving of fewer years on Earth. Death by accident, violence, out in the hills, you name it.

Any mode of transport has the potential to kill someone. And it happens in New Zealand. Particularly on the roads.

If Nicky Hager really wants to latch on to a worthwhile cause, why not spend his energy to bring the road toll down.

We have hundreds killed on our roads each year, but why is Nicky not asking for an inquiry into that.
