Cambo finds his form
Michael Campbell
is starting to make his mark on the European Seniors tour. The Kiwi golf star recorded his best finish since his return to tournament golf this year when he tied for second place in the Staysure PGA Seniors Championship at London Golf Club yesterday. Campbell eagled the par-five last hole of the tournament to finish two shots behind winner Phillip Price, of Wales. Price shot a four-round 17-under-par 271, while Campbell finished at 15-under along with South Africa’s James Kingston and Australian Peter Lonard.
The 2005 US Open winner collected €32,405 (NZ$55,164) for the tournament and 337.5 tour ranking points.
