Uncharitable advice

It appears that a number of church leaders are actively discouraging their congregations from having the Covid-19 jab.

This uncharitable act is putting many Ma¯ ori and Pasifika people at great risk as this sector of our population is very vulnerable to this nasty flu virus.

Perhaps these churches should lose their ‘‘tax free charity status’’ until at least 70 per cent of their members are immunised.
