-

A woman who was pulled to the ground and sexually assaulted in a Wellington car park is struggling to leave her home and is too afraid to go out at night. Police are seeking sightings of the man, who attacked the woman, and his vehicle after the attack, at Taputeranga Marine Reserve car park, between Lyall and Princess bays, about 10.30pm on April 6. The assault featured as case of the week on Police Ten 7 on Thursday, with police appealing to anyone in the area at the time, and for people who may have footage to come forward. The attacker was described as male, light complexion, about 175cm tall, wearing black clothing with shoulder-length brown hair. The vehicle of interest is described as a white, older style four-door sedan with a missing rear passenger hub cap.
