Dixon upstaged
New Zealand driver Scott Dixon was upstaged again by his young team-mate, Alex Palou, who claimed the win in the Indycar Grand Prix at Road America in Wisconsin yesterday. The 24-year-old Spaniard won his second race of the season to snatch a 28-point lead in the championship. It was a solid day for Chip Ganassi Racing with Dixon finishing fourth to keep him third in the drivers’ championship after nine of the 16 races. Fellow Kiwi Scott McLaughlin was 14th after starting 17th. He lies 12th on the points standings.
