What about NZ?

I’m sure the Government announcement (Nov 24) of a $10 million ‘‘boost’’ for Vanuatu’s completion of wharves to strengthen maritime safety oversight capacity (whatever that means) is a highpriority project in Vanuatu’s list of needs.

However, how does it stack up with this country’s severe lack of funding for core needs, like health, victim support, law and order, education, poverty?

Plus, of course, this $10m will be borrowed money. Roll on November next year when we will get back control of our country and this crazy spending will be curtailed.
