Cases hit 27,076

There have been 27,076 new community Covid-19 cases reported in the past week, an increase from 24,068 cases a week ago. The update, covering from November 21 to November 28, was given yesterday. A child under the age of 10 has also died from Covid, according to another set of Ministry of Health data updated yesterday. Last week, the Covid-19 case demographics on the ministry website showed only one death under in the 0-9 category. Yesterday, it was updated to two. It is unclear when the child died, nor whether the child’s death was caused by Covid-19.
