Pounawea Motor Camp

Surrounded by native forest, the camp provides a spacious and quiet option to soak in the tranquillity of the Catlins. Located just 5 minutes from Owaka and with cabins right on the estuary’s edge, it’s possible to really slow down to nature’s rhythms here. The estuary and surrounding waterways can be explored with available kayaks. There’s also a local golf course just down the road.
