Kate Smith's bright yellow honey shop is tricky to miss, just south of Sanson on SH1. The colour isn't an accident; Kate uses it to draw travelers in for their sugar fix, just like bees to — er — honey? There's also a wide range of other honey and bee products including skin and health products, and even beekeeping equipment.
