HOGARTH’S CRAFT CHOCOLATE

Karl Hogarth discovered real cacao on his OE in Central and South America. It got him thinking about how chocolate is made and from whence it comes. He started to investigate and soon found out how to make it. Since then, Hogarth's has expanded to become a dedicated creator of craft chocolate. “We source the highest-quality cacao beans from around the world to create small batches of chocolate using traditional techniques.” Hogarth's launched at the Nelson Market in early 2015 and now found in some of the county's top restaurants, and worldwide. 10F Kōtua Place, Stoke.
