Kiwis still sold on Harcourts

-

For the fifth consecutive year, New Zealanders have voted Harcourts their Most Trusted real estate brand.

Reader’s Digest has announced its most trusted brands for 2017, and Harcourts has come out on top in the real estate category.

It is the fifth time real estate has been voted on, and the fifth time Harcourts has been voted the nation’s Most Trusted.

For Nelson business owner Chris Harvey, the acknowledgement still means as much to the local team as when they first won the award.

‘‘We are really honoured and pleased to be the top real estate organisation, five years on from [the awards] inception,’’ he said.

In a competitive real estate market, Harvey said that Harcourts continued to pride itself on a high level of service to its customers.

‘‘At the end of the day, your home is your biggest asset and we don’t take that lightly.’’

Harcourts chief executive Chris Kennedy said it was incredible to be supported by the people of New Zealand, and the most trusted award was treasured by everyone who works for Harcourts.

‘‘It’s what we are always working towards.

‘‘Our people try to give the very best service and honest advice to every client, so for New Zealanders to choose us again as their most trusted is very humbling.’’

In the past year, Harcourts New Zealand has listed over 33,000 properties for sale and managed over 21,000 rental properties.

Harcourts was founded in Wellington in 1888 and remained proudly Kiwi owned.

Today, Harcourts has offices in 197 locations around New Zealand and has a network of over 2300 sales consultants nationally.
