Central success

Netball Central have netted their first Beko Netball League crown with a 43-41 win over Netball Mainland in a nail-biting final in Auckland yesterday. Central were unbeaten through the season. Last year’s beaten finalists, Central had to fight hard against a determined Mainland team. Central’s Karin Burger was named grand final MVP while her teammate Mila Reuelu-Buchanan was named player of the year.
