Tagging arrests

Police have charged three men with tagging an Auckland building and are not ruling out a link to vandalism at a South Auckland train station earlier in the day. A member of the public spotted three men tagging a VTNZ building on New North Rd about 4.30pm then took photos of five men leaving in a vehicle. The police Eagle helicopter tracked the men, who were pulled over by a police car in Newmarket. A 24-year-old Christchurch man and a 22-year-old and 25-year-old from Rotorua will appear in Auckland District Court.
