Once again, after previously being stopped for exactly the reasons that are once again apparent, our late National Government allowed sheep shipments to the Saudis. Downright cruelty has no place in the chase for the mighty dollar, especially by we Kiwis who pride ourselves in fighting to eliminate exploitation of animals. Sure makes our outrage at whaling, poaching of elephant ivory etc, a bit hypocritical I feel.
