ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW
To find our Premium Content, go for gold
With the launch of Premium comes a refined nzherald.co.nz website. Here’s how to navigate your way through the exciting but simple changes.
Our Premium articles will be easy to see and find — they’re marked with a gold Premium tag next to each headline on the homepage and the specialist homepage of each section (e.g. business, National, sport, or one of our five regional websites).
You’ll also be able to find the best of Premium at www.nzherald.co.nz/ premium.
If you’re already a digital subscriber, and you click on the Premium stories, you’re away — you’ll have access to everything.
If you are yet to subscribe, you’ll still be able to click on the story. You’ll receive the first 100 words, and then be prompted to sign in, or subscribe, to read the rest. Subscribing is an easy, four-step process.
Our subscription prices and packages are simply structured. You can become a digital subscriber for $5 a week — but we’re actually kicking Premium off with a special eight-week introductory offer of just $2.50 a week. Our annual subscriptions are $199.
Our loyal five-, six-, and seven-day newspaper subscribers will have automatic access to all Premium articles, and there are special deals for subscribers with weekend or part-week packages.
If you’re already a digital subscriber, and you click on the Premium stories, you’re away — you’ll have access to everything.
What defines Premium? Though much of the website will remain free, Premium journalism includes unique and agenda-setting investigations, exclusive news stories, in-depth analysis and insightful columns.
We’ve also signed new syndication deals with The New York Times,
Financial Times, The Times (UK), and the Harvard Business Review — alongside the likes of the Wash
ington Post, Daily Telegraph UK and South China Morning Post. So you’ll have the very best local, regional, national and international journalism at your fingertips.
