Having just come back from five glorious weeks in Europe, I love that for this week’s Food Special our recipe editor Angela Casley has put together a series of tasty treats guaranteed to carry you back to those magical holiday moments. For me, the thought of biting into a cheesy croque madame reminds me of a special little cafe in the Marais, Paris. And her selection of tapas transports me to a fun night crawling through the bars of Barcelona. Closer to home, I’m thrilled to share Sarah Downs’ story about the upcoming dinner, Foraged, at O’Connell Street Bistro as part of the always tasty American Express Restaurant Month.
