You’re Welcome

New Zealand Fashion Week is around the corner, with much to look forward to in the rejuvenated schedule. The return to its original venue of the Town Hall after eight years down at the Viaduct Centre marks a significant change; as does the organisation’s commitment to raising awareness around sustainability, diversity and inclusivity. It’s also a significant Fashion Week for one of our most successful exports, Maggie Marilyn. The label founded by 24-year-old wünderkind Maggie Hewitt will debut on the NZFW schedule for a Tuesday morning show. It’s an opportunity, Maggie says, to say thank you to the local industry for its support of the young brand, which has found considerable success internationally since launching in 2016, now counting top department stores Saks Fifth Avenue and Bergdorf Goodman as key stockists. We’re excited to partner with Maggie Marilyn and give away two general admission tickets to her first NZFW show, which will also be live-streamed on Instagram @maggiemarilyn. it’s taking place offsite at a central Auckland location at 1pm on Tuesday August 27. TO ENTER, EMAIL VIVA@NZHERALD.CO.NZ WITH ‘MAGGIE’ IN THE SUBJECTLINE BY FRIDAY AUGUST 16.
