Forklift kills child

A 4-year-old child has died after being hit by a forklift yesterday at a property south of Christchurch. Police said the child “died following an incident involving a forklift at a residential property on Robinsons Rd, Prebbleton”. Police said the child received medical attention but “sadly died at the scene”.
