Spark complaints
The Commerce Commission has received 13 complaints about Spark Sport as the telco-turned-sportsstreamer continues to have issues in their streaming of the Rugby World Cup. The most recent issues came during Wales’ victory over Australia on Sunday night when customers complained of multiple commentaries running simultaneously, delayed audio, and a spell where pictures were seemingly lost. The commission said the complaints were being assessed but no investigation had begun. During the All Blacks’ first game against the Springboks, problems saw the game put on to freeto-air channel Duke.
