Manu stays put

The Sydney Roosters have locked in New Zealand test centre Joseph Manu with a two-year NRL contract extension. The 23-year-old was offcontract with the NRL premiers at the end of next season, but has avoided testing his value with rival NRL clubs on the open market. “The Roosters is home to me, I love this club,” the backto-back premiership winner said in a statement.
