Blanket Statement

-

Do good, buy well and add a colourful touch to your space all at the same time with The Blanket Project. An initiative of Further Doings Studio, The Blanket Project aims to both promote New Zealand art and raise money for Women’s Refuge. Artists Evie Kemp, Otis Frizzell, Holly Roach and Elliot O’Donnell have each created a limited edition work that is then translated on to a beautiful blanket, $395, that can be used as a throw, rug or hanging art piece. Only 25 of each design have been made, with 20 per cent of profits going to Refuge. Choose your favourite at the initiative’s exhibition opening on Thursday, November 7, from 6pm. Further Doings Studio, 528 Richmond Rd, Grey Lynn.
