Just touched down on the showroom floor at Matisse International Furniture in Parnell, the Josh Sofa is a modular system with a summery landscape of birds, insects, leaves and flowers dancing across the cushions and frame. The clean-lined sofa and ottoman were designed for Italian design brand Moroso by Dutch designer Edward van Vliet to sit as well in a beach house as they would in an inner-city loft, and bring a touch of outdoor charm to either. The system can be dressed in different fabrics, including futon-stitched cotton, linen or duvet, and the layer of goosedown in the frame and cushions makes it luxuriously comfortable.
