Covid sailing chaos

Superstar Kiwi sailors Peter Burling and Blair Tuke are battling to have their boat ready for their SailGP debut with the regatta thrown into chaos by a last-minute Covid-19 lockdown in Bermuda. The New Zealand squad of eight sailors are set to travel to Bermuda today with no certainty the April 24-25 season-opener will go ahead as the tiny island nation enters a week of lockdown to counter a fresh Covid-19 outbreak that is preventing any training or operations at the race headquarters.
