Lydia Ko stayed in touch with lucky leader Jeongeun Lee6 ahead of the final found of the Evian Championsh­ip overnight. The Kiwi two-time major winner shot a threeunder 68 in a bogey-free round to sit in third place at 12-under. Ko remains six shots behind Korea’s Lee6, who also shot a 68 featuring three bogeys, four birdies and an eagle two from the fairway on the par-4 11th. Ko, the 2015 Evian Championsh­ip winner, had three birdies but it could have been more. “I felt like I played really solid. Missed a couple of short ones, but I put really good strokes on it but I just misread them,” she said after her round. Ko was in the final group overnight alongside Lee6. who is at 18-under, and teenage American Yealimi Noh at 13-under.
