Leader should set his sight on voters

RE: Muller doubles-down on cap

I was shocked and dismayed upon reading this article in the paper. I feel like NZ traded one “Simon Bridges” for another. It is obvious that Muller is only concerned with his beliefs. I am so glad he feels “comfortable” ignoring the rights and opinions of those he is supposed to represent.

Muller should keep his personal items at home. Would any of us be allowed to bring inflammatory personal objects to work? No, a work environment is supposed to be free from such items. Muller is already showing us that he doesn’t know how to effectively deal with a situation. Most normal people would say, “Hey, I understand your point of view and respect it.” But not Muller, he won’t even talk to Aliya Danzeisen, who is an incredible role model to this country.

I looked her up on LinkedIn and you can tell she has dedicated her life to helping those in need (youth and minorities). That is what this country is supposed to be about.

I think you got it right when you referred to Muller as “a US politics nut”. Time to vote for Saint Jacinda.
