India travel ban to end

The India travel suspension will not be extended. The temporary halt on travel from the country — where Covid-19 cases have surged — is due to lift next Wednesday. Announcements will be made on Friday but Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern says the move was always temporary, because citizens cannot be deemed stateless.
