Kauri Coast holiday park judged the ‘best of the best’

-

Northland’s west coast holiday park, Kauri Coast Top 10 Holiday Park, has taken out the coveted Supreme Award at this year’s Top 10 awards night.

The award rewards the team at Kauri Coast Top 10 for its exceptional dedication to delivering world-class customer experiences for guests.

Set on two hectares of parkland surrounded by native bush with river boundaries on two sides, the park has undergone drastic improvements since Jane and Chris McComb took ownership in August 2013.

“We’re always looking for new ways to add to our guests’ experience when they stay with us – creating memories for life,” says Jane McComb. “One of the best forms of advertising is word of mouth, so we take the time to read and acknowledge every customer review and consider how we can use these insights to improve the Kauri Coast Top 10 experience and make customers feel valued.”

Top 10 chief executive David Ovendale said, “Jane, Chris and their team at Kauri Coast Top 10 Holiday Park are an outstanding example of a business listening attentively to their customers and going above and beyond to create memorable guest experiences based on those insights, and they should all be extremely proud of their efforts.”

The McCombs are no strangers to accolades during their time owning the holiday park. They’ve won or placed as runner-up in 10 awards, and won the Supreme Award twice now.

“We are really honoured to receive this award and be judged ‘Best of the Best’, Jane McComb said.
