Call for suburb to rally

A Christchurch community leader is urging residents of a suburb where a man was stabbed to look after one another. The man has died in hospital, eight days after suffering critical stab wounds while walking his dog. Local dog-walkers are now joining forces to reclaim Bexley Park. Linwood Community Board chairman Paul McMahon says they are banding together, to walk their pets in groups.
