New evidence reveals US officers were never at risk from a New Zealander they shot five times and killed. Christchurch-born Christian Glass was fatally shot through his windshield in June after his car ran off the road in Colorado and he called police for help. Days after deputies Andrew Buen and Kyle Gould were fired over Glass’ death, new details have been revealed from the indictment. It’s alleged Gould made the order to remove Glass from his car before they fired, but the indictment says he should not have done so, with no reason to believe Glass was a danger.
