Healthy chocolate?

Carbon zero chocolate could soon be a staple on shop shelves. Fonterra and Nestle are developing the country’s first commercial­ly viable zero-carbon dairy farm in Taranaki. It’s hoped it’ll slash emissions by 30 per cent within 5 years, and reach net zero in 10. Nestle Sustainabi­lity Director Margaret Stuart says they’re focused on the future. She says climate is affecting agricultur­e so the company needs to be a part of making changes.
