National leader Chris Luxon denies his MPs were asleep at the wheel when the Government tried to entrench part of the Three Waters Bill. Luxon told Newstalk ZB’s Barry Soper his MPs did what was expected of them, in battling the 60 per cent entrenchment clause. The public was only alerted to the constitutional significance of the issue when a political academic tweeted about it.
