For sentence

Thirty-eight-year-old Marcus Bax, who admitted murdering 77-yearold farmer Peter Linder Nilsson at his home north of Te Kao on August 4, 2016, may be sentenced in the High Court at Whangarei on Friday, if there is no need for a disputed facts hearing.
