A little skid

A man who admitted performing a “little skid” as he drove off in Kaitaia’s main street on Tuesday recorded 656 micrograms of alcohol per litre of breath and was charged accordingly. His mode of departure from outside a takeaway shop had incensed a number of bystanders, police said.
