Surfing days remembered

Local surfers have been invited to take part in the Remember The Days surf competition dedicated to honour those identities in the Far North community who have since passed away. The Far North Board Riders-organised event takes place this Saturday, March 17, with contestants to meet at Tasman heights at 7am for a debrief to choose the competition location and heat protocol. Bodyboarders are also welcome to enter. Entries cost $10pp on the day and a barbecue will be provided. The event is again being organised by Wayne Clarke.
