Pursuit law is power

The deaths of young and innocent people as a result of police pursuits can be resolved by an act of Parliament, who are the ones who pass laws in the first place, for police pursuits to be legal.

Will the government repeal the act? I think not, as such deaths are profitable to them, and part of their agenda of a police state, giving them more power and control.
