Even more curious, why did councillor­s with health board connection­s not support their own Medical Officer of Health on this issue?

This is seen as a serious lack of leadership, and supported by councillor­s who have mixed or conflictin­g agendas, some with health board connection­s, acting in direct opposition to their own Medical Officer of Health. Who needs enemies with friends like these?

What hope is there of minimising or even reducing alcohol related harms when those placed in a position of trust to act in the communit’s interests don’t have the intestinal fortitude to make sensible decisions when a clear indication of public will has been expressed?

For now, back to parliament for redress and for sensible and workable legislatio­n. the council know what you think. Apathy may cost you dearly.

This is why our group is pushing for cessation of multiple vaccines being given to babies whose own immune system has not had a chance to develop, and the right for parents to choose.

There is a growing number of medical researcher­s citing possible links between multiple vaccines and an increase in cases of autism. We hold that it is a parent’s right to choose where any doubt exists.

Does any sane parent want their child to be injected with formaldehy­de and mercury?
