Imagine that!

A play based on the Dr Seuss classic The Cat in the Hat will be performed at the Turner Centre in Kerikeri on Sunday as part of a 20-centre tour of New Zealand. Seventy props (including a picker-up machine to get the house back into order before Mum gets home) bring every detail of the book to life, the promoters even promising a talking fish. There will be two shows, at 10am and 12.30pm, tickets $27.50 at www.turnercentre.co.nz (with group and family discounts available).
