Music plays in Te Ahu atrium

-

A small but very enthusiastic audience enjoyed a wide range of offerings at last week’s Music in the Atrium at Te Ahu in Kaitaia.

The annual event is designed to give upand-coming performers to find an audience, and for music appreciators to hear some of the musical talent to be found in the Far North.

The programme comprised nine acts, and the highlights included singer/pianist Willa McCartney’s version of Hallelujah, and an up-beat Argentinian song by the Honeymoon Valley Singers.
