Brilliant weather a drawcard

-

Brilliant weather produced a good turnout at the Houhora Club competition on Sunday with Lenny Shailes finishing first with 43 stableford points, followed by Ash Mitchell with 37 and Laurence Gordon also on 37.

The usual Wednesday 9-hole haggle was transferred until Thursday due to it clashing with the unveiling for Beau St George who was tragically killed in an accident in France in April, 2017.

The winner once again was Shailes with 20 points, followed by Brian King 19 and Gordon 18.
