For submissions

The trial of 31-year-old Awanui man Tae Murray, on charges of aggravated careless driving causing death and injury on the Awanui Straight on November 24, 2017, was completed in the Kaikohe District Court on Monday. Judge Ajit Singh reserved his decision, and invited the prosecution and defence to make submissions prior to sentencing, on a date yet to be set.
