Chickens roosting

-

The far left-inspired transgender phenomenon has had perhaps one useful side effect.

Along with others, women’s tennis champion lesbian Martina Navratilova has condemned as “cheating” the participation in women’s sports and athletics of men preferring to be women. But why?

Well, Australian running heroine Tamsyn Manou enlightens us: “The female category is protected for a reason. If it wasn’t, no female would ever win a medal. The top female athletes in the world can be beaten by the top 5000 to 15,000 men.”

The chickens have come home to roost. One can now expect that the spineless administrators of sports such as tennis and golf will find the backbone to apply an equal pay for equal performance condition on tournaments/competitions.

That will mean that female sporting/athletics events will have their prize money reduced to a fraction of the male equivalent. The feminazis won’t be pleased, but they’ve always demanded equal pay for equal work, haven’t they?

And, of course, no one would seek to prevent a female from competing in the men’s events, and vying on equal terms for that larger prize money. That’s equality, isn’t it? LEO LEITCH Benneydale
